Albert Meyer was admitted as a lawyer in Berlin in 1983 and was appointed as a notary in 1993. Age-related he resigns his function as a notary. He is a Master of European and International Business Law (M.B.L-HSG) at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and was awarded a doctorate (doctor oeconomiae) for his dissertation on the topic of “Protection against Discrimination - The Obligation to Non-discrimination in Civil Law”. Jointly with Prof. Klaus Adomeit, Albert Meyer published the book “The Jewish Communities in Germany and the Threat made to their Right to Self-determination by the General Equal Treatment Act [Allgemeine Gleichbehandlungsgesetz (AGG)]” (published by HENTRICH & HENTRICH, ISBN 978-3-938485-86-6).

Phil Hünning was licensed as a lawyer in Berlin in 1998 and was appointed notary in 2018. Previously, he had been an associate attorney at Albert Meyer's law firm since 2012. Phil Hünning lived in Vietnam from 2007 to 2010, where he was registered as a foreign lawyer from 2007 to 2009 and was employed by an international law firm. His main focus in Vietnam was the support of foreign and in particular German companies on their market entry into Vietnam and their subsequent legal advice.
